1. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees in line with company standards and values.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, covering topics such as customer service, company policies and procedures, and sales techniques.
3. Evaluate current training methods and materials, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance learning and retention.
4. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans for specific teams or individuals.
5. Monitor and track employee progress and performance through training and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
6. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and incorporate them into training programs.
8. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
9. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper training and are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
10. Participate in company meetings and events to promote training initiatives and provide updates on employee development progress.
11. Collaborate with HR to develop career development plans for employees and identify potential leaders for future training and development opportunities.
12. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure training materials and content are in compliance with company standards.
14. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
15. Serve as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding company values and standards.
