Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Deliver Engaging And Effective Training Sessions.
