Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Or Regulatory Role, Preferably Within The Automotive Or Rental Industry.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Standards Related To The Rental Car Industry, Such As The Fair Credit Reporting Act And The Federal Trade Commission's Used Car Rule.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Departments And Communicate Complex Compliance Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
