  1. Process Insurance Claims: The primary responsibility of the Claims Administrator will be to manage and process insurance claims for Hertz Car Rental's rental vehicles. This includes reviewing and verifying claim information, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
  2. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: As a Claims Administrator, it will be your responsibility to ensure the satisfaction of our customers by providing excellent customer service. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Claims Management Software.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Handling Or Administration.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Coverage And Liability Determinations.
