- Process and review claims from customers regarding damages, accidents, and other issues with their rental vehicles.
- Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner to gather necessary information and provide updates on their claims.
- Utilize company systems and procedures to accurately document and track claims, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the Rental and Maintenance teams, to gather information and resolve customer issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to accurately process and handle claims.
- Identify and escalate any potential fraudulent claims to the appropriate department for further investigation.
- Keep accurate records of claim status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Work with insurance companies and third-party vendors to process and resolve claims.
- Assist in training and coaching new team members on claims processes and procedures.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company standards and guidelines for data protection and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and building relationships with customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and regulations related to claims processing.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Administration Or Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Procedures.
Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, And Make Informed Decisions Based On Findings.
