- Work closely with rental vehicle branch managers to gather necessary information and documentation for claims.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance claims in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigate and identify any discrepancies or issues with claims and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the status of claims and provide regular updates to management.
- Keep up-to-date with insurance policies, regulations, and laws related to claims handling.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining and improving the claims process.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures.

Previous Experience In Claims Administration Or Insurance Industry.
