Account Service Representative

At Hertz Car Rental, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Service Representative. This position requires someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to provide efficient and reliable service to our customers.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to quickly build relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and resolve any issues that arise. They should be able to multitask and prioritize their workload, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The Account Service Representative should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.To be successful in this role, a minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
