  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure maximum product visibility and availability.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for Hershey in the assigned territory.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  6. Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  8. Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
  9. Train and educate retail partners on Hershey products, promotions, and merchandising best practices.
  10. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Hershey products.

  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and drive efficiency within the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership Within The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth, Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, And Managing A Team To Do The Same.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of The Confectionery Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Distribution Channels.
