- Develop and execute sales strategies within designated territory to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and prospect potential new customers and establish relationships to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Train and coach sales representatives within the territory to ensure consistent and effective sales techniques.
- Represent the Hershey brand with enthusiasm and passion, serving as a brand ambassador in all interactions with customers.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote Hershey products.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other Territory Sales Leads and Sales Managers to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Hershey products and their unique selling points to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading A Sales Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans And Achieve Sales Targets, With A Focus On Driving Growth And Profitability.
