- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and motivate team members, including sales representatives, to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Plan and participate in sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to showcase products and increase brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively promote and sell Hershey products.

- Travel within the designated territory as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Leadership And Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets
Strong Knowledge Of Retail And Distribution Channels Within Assigned Territory
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts And Stakeholders.
