As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in a designated region, building relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  2. Manage and oversee the sales team in the designated region, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and other partners.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and execute sales plans.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to keep the team informed and motivated.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform sales strategies.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the sales process and customer experience.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  12. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  13. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Embody the company's values and brand image in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In A Territory Or Region.
