As a Territory Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through effective communication and regular sales visits.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for Hershey, promoting our products and values to customers.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.
  7. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  8. Train and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to management.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery to customers.
  12. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' activities.
  14. Represent Hershey at trade shows, events, and conferences to showcase our products and network with potential customers.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and credit terms.
  16. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth and increase efficiency.
  17. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Hershey products, including ingredients, production processes, and nutritional information.
  18. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns within the territory.
  19. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as needed.
  20. Uphold the Hershey brand image and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Team Members
