Job Description

The Hershey Company is looking for a motivated and passionate Territory Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically, develop and maintain relationships, and drive sales in their assigned territory. The Territory Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to effectively grow Hershey’s product sales and market share in the assigned territory.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. They will have the confidence and presence to represent Hershey in customer meetings, lead the team in sales meetings, and drive results with a consultative approach.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field• At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders• Highly organized with excellent time management skills• Ability to travel up to 50%• Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteIf you are an enthusiastic sales professional with the passion and drive to exceed expectations and help drive the success of Hershey in the assigned territory, we would love to hear from you!
