Job Description

The Hershey Company is looking for a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to join our team. This position requires a highly organized individual with a passion for safety and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Safety Management, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and monitoring a safe working environment while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. The Senior Manager of EHS will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety and environmental programs, training, and best practices.
