Sr Analyst - Sales Finance

The Senior Analyst - Sales Finance will be a key member of the Sales Finance team, providing critical financial analysis and insights to support the realization of the Hershey’s strategic sales objectives.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have at least 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience in a complex, fast-paced environment, and should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or other financial systems is a plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
