Research and Stay Up-to-Date on US Regulatory Requirements: The Specialist US Regulatory will be responsible for staying informed about any changes or updates to US regulations and guidelines related to the food industry. They will need to closely monitor regulatory agencies and industry publications to ensure Hershey is compliant with all requirements.
  2. Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Standards: The primary responsibility of the Specialist US Regulatory will be to ensure that all Hershey products meet the necessary regulatory standards set by US agencies. This includes conducting thorough reviews of product labels, ingredients, and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
  3. Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies: The ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge of US regulations to develop and implement effective compliance strategies for Hershey. This may involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance issues and find solutions to address them.
  4. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Food Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Us Food And Drug Regulations, Including Fda And Usda Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulatory Documents And Make Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Regulatory Agencies.
