- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
- Lead a team of operations managers and supervisors to ensure all operations are running smoothly and in line with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and systems to enhance operational performance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may impact operations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their effects.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Operations Professionals.
Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Relationships And Collaborating With Other Departments Such As Supply Chain, Finance, And Marketing.
