Senior Analyst, Identity & Access Management

We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Senior Analyst, Identity & Access Management to join our Hershey team. As part of this role, your success will be measured by your ability to ensure that access rights to all systems and applications are granted and managed in accordance with company policies and best practices while enabling business efficiencies and protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with an in-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, principles, and best practices. You will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with an ability to think analytically and objectively. In addition, you will have the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you should have:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, preferably in a large corporate environment• Good understanding of IAM principles and best practices• Proven experience in developing and implementing IAM solutions• Experience with identity governance, access request management, single sign-on, and authentication systems• Good understanding of the SDLC, testing, and troubleshooting processes• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are passionate about information security and have the skills and experience we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
