Job Description

Retail Sales Attendants are responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to Hershey’s Chocolate World guests in any of our shops on the retail floor. They welcome and greet guests, initiate conversations, answer all questions related to our retail line or products, restock, and operate a cash register. Assist visitors with the purchase of gifts, candy, and souvenirs. Restock supplies and maintain a clean work area. Operate a cash register.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be at least 15 years of age

  • Must maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the uniform standards

  • Retail Sales work experience is preferred but not required.
