  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store owners and managers within assigned territory.
  2. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling Hershey products to customers.
  3. Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, restocking, and merchandising.
  4. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present product information and promotions to potential customers.
  5. Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers within assigned territory.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  7. Collaborate with team members and sales leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any product or service issues.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make strategic sales decisions.
  10. Attend sales meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  11. Represent the Hershey brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper use of sales materials, product handling, and documentation.
