  1. Develop and implement occupational health programs and policies to ensure the health and safety of employees.
  2. Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and provide appropriate interventions.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for employees with chronic health conditions.
  4. Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and ensure timely and effective treatment.
  5. Monitor employee health and safety data to identify trends and implement strategies for prevention and improvement.
  6. Provide education and training to employees on various health and wellness topics, including injury prevention and management.
  7. Manage workers' compensation cases and work closely with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
  8. Conduct workplace inspections and make recommendations for improvements to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  10. Stay updated on current occupational health best practices and industry standards to continuously improve services and programs.
  11. Collaborate with HR and management to develop return-to-work plans for employees on medical leave.
  12. Participate in health and wellness initiatives and events to promote a positive and healthy work culture.
  13. Serve as a trusted resource and advisor for employees seeking guidance on health-related matters.
  14. Foster a supportive and caring environment for employees by providing compassionate and empathetic care.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion by providing culturally competent care to a diverse employee population.

Job Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • Certification In Occupational Health Nursing (Cohn) Or Similar Credential.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In An Occupational Health Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Workers' Compensation Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees, Management, And External Healthcare Providers.
