  1. Manage Material Flow: The Material Planner will be responsible for overseeing the movement of materials and supplies throughout the production process. This includes monitoring inventory levels, ordering materials, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production needs.
  2. Plan and Forecast: The Material Planner will use their knowledge of supply chain management to plan and forecast material needs based on production schedules and sales projections. This will involve analyzing data to determine optimal inventory levels and ordering quantities.
  3. Coordinate with Suppliers: The Material Planner will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise. They will also negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient material procurement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Material Planning, Preferably In The Food Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Production Planning, And Procurement Processes.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Utilize Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Suppliers.
