High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Typically Required For A Material Handler Position At Hershey. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Ability To Follow Instructions.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Is Preferred For A Material Handler Position At Hershey. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Inventory Control, Forklift Operation, And Order Picking.
Physical Ability: Material Handlers At Hershey Are Required To Perform Physical Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Operating Equipment. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess The Physical Ability To Meet The Demands Of The Job.
