- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the marketing department, aligned with Hershey's overall business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs and initiatives that enhance the skills and competencies of marketing team members, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize learning needs and create targeted development plans for individual team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing and marketing learning and development, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and encouraging ongoing education and skills enhancement.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their career growth and development.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify and implement learning and development opportunities beyond traditional training, such as job rotations and stretch assignments.
- Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to bring in new perspectives and expertise to the learning and development programs.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives, and make recommendations for future improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Business Administration: A Strong Educational Background In Marketing Or Business Administration Is Essential For A Manager, Marketing & Marketing Coes Learning & Development Role At Hershey. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In A Marketing Or Learning And Development Role: To Effectively Manage And Develop The Learning And Development Programs For Hershey's Marketing Team, The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Either Marketing Or Learning And Development.
