Intern - Merchandising

At The Hershey Company, we are looking for a talented, creative, and dedicated Merchandising Intern to join our team! As a Merchandising Intern, you will be a valuable member of our merchandising team and will be responsible for helping to identify emerging trends, participate in product selection, and support the development and implementation of assortment plans for our products. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for retail, have excellent analytical and communication skills, and have a desire to learn.We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You must have a strong understanding of merchandising concepts, with a degree in a related field such as retail, marketing, or business. Additionally, you must have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize multiple projects at once.
