As the Human Resources Manager at Hershey, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of our human resources operations.   1. Oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
  3. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  4. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  5. Lead and manage the HR team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic workforce planning.
  7. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  9. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  10. Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints or conflicts.
  11. Develop and maintain HR metrics to track and analyze key data related to employee engagement, turnover, and performance.
  12. Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Communicate with and provide support to employees at all levels of the organization.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
  15. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.
  16. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In The Food Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Equal Employment Opportunity, Labor Relations, And Workplace Safety.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Leadership And Decision-Making Abilities, As Well As A Strategic Mindset To Develop And Implement Hr Initiatives That Align With Company Goals And Values.
