Job Description

  2. Foster a positive work environment: The HR Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. Recruitment and onboarding: This role will involve assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Roles, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Consumer Goods Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels

  • Proficient In Hris And Other Hr Software, With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Hr Data To Inform Decision Making.
