As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our call center employees, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.   1. Provide excellent customer service to all call center employees, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from call center employees.
  3. Assist with onboarding and training of new call center employees, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance.
  5. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address employee performance and conduct issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement for employee retention.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  8. Partner with the HR team to coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  10. Continuously strive to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
  11. Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the call center and the company.
