- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR related issues and concerns.
- Conduct recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Handle employee relations matters and proactively address potential conflicts.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee development needs.
- Stay updated on federal and state employment laws and ensure compliance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Generalist Role
In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
