  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales within designated territory.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, including retail stores, grocery chains, and other potential clients.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all accounts within the designated territory, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, stock levels, and overall brand presentation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional and marketing initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  7. Train and educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure a knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales team.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  9. Represent the Hershey brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and trade shows.
  10. Continuously gather and share market insights and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
