  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales and meet targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective collaboration and maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Train and coach sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, promotions, and competitor activity.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Hershey's products and their unique selling points.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
  9. Identify and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market share and expand customer base.
  10. Represent Hershey's at industry events and trade shows to promote products and build brand awareness.
  11. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and strengthen the Hershey's brand and reputation in the confectionery industry.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company and its values.
  15. Travel to various territories as needed to support and oversee sales operations.

Job Qualifications
