- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share within assigned territory.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.

- Represent Hershey's at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships.

- Travel within assigned territory to visit clients and attend sales meetings as needed.

Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Leading A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
