
Hershey's Kitchens Culinary Attendant
Hershey’s Kitchens Culinary Attendants provide prompt and courteous service to Hershey’s Chocolate World guests in any one of our savory food action stations. Complete all the prep work appropriate for the expected level of business (of the food and beverages offered in their station). Responsible for cleaning workstations and equipment according to standard operating procedures and weekly/monthly schedules. Complete daily temperature logs; properly rotate, label and store prepped food items; monitor hot and cold food holding temperatures; and other required food safety duties. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty such as assisting with cashiering when needed or stocking/restocking inventory
At least two years’ experience in a high volume restaurant, banquet, or hotel operation
Ability to function effectively as part of a team
Candidates must possess (or be able to complete within 6 months) ServSafe Food Handler certification
