- Lead the development and implementation of capital project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify project needs and requirements, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may affect project timelines and budget.

- Oversee the selection and management of external contractors and vendors to support project execution.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Mentor and train team members on project management best practices and provide support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to capital projects, and incorporate relevant knowledge into project planning and execution.
Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Budget Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Is Preferred.
