Business Operations Analyst
Partners closely with business owners across the Information Technology and Trust team to execute third party spend. Receives, processes, and manages incoming purchase requests from inception to closure. Partners with sourcing group to ensure all contractual and legal obligations are met for purchasing requirements. Aligns spend with finance to ensure proper budgeting and forecasting measures are taken. Works with accounts payable organization to resolve vendor payment issues. Supports vendor analysis and financial modeling as necessary. Suggests improvements to operational workflow based on experience.
Prior experience in finance, vendor purchasing, data cleansing and manipulation, and/or consulting strongly preferred
Developing and Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
Comfort with learning new skills and tools
