Job Description

Handles the task of managing and leading the proposal process from RFP release through interview presentation. Write technical business proposal in response to RFPs, RFQs or RFIs to include executive summary, experience, pricing, technical qualifications, compliance, and background. Prioritize writing assignments and coordinate flow of information from department contributors to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain all contacts, leads and consultant information. Convey information to, and manage involvement of, sub-consultants and their respective roles including design features, strategy, and overall schedule. Make site visits as necessary to learn more about potential operational issues. Coordinate with Project Managers, business development professionals, engineers, and other team members to develop win strategies. Develop relationships with consultant’s project development staff to facilitate proposal synergy.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects

  • Experience in Database Applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

  • Knowledge of both private and federal procurement requirements and regulations a plus
