
Commissioning Manager
The Commissioning Manager role is focused on providing technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions. Develop technical solutions relating to facility management and support the documentation of systems and solutions. Act as team leader, coordinating, directing and developing other members of the process staff. Determine processes based on knowledge, experience and correspondence with design/engineering firms. Read and understand plans and specifications for major/complex projects. Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources.
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in professional services, construction, maintenance and operations contracts.
Master’s degree in technical / facility management related field preferred.
Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems.
