- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the organization, in line with the overall mission and vision of Henry Ford Health System.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry, and use this information to inform the organization's strategic direction.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for the strategic plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategic plan, making adjustments and recommendations as needed to ensure its success.
- Stay abreast of changes and advancements in the healthcare industry, and proactively identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive strategic priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on healthcare strategy, providing guidance and insights to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including other healthcare organizations, government agencies, and community groups, to advance the organization's strategic goals.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to support the execution of the strategic plan.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
- Communicate the organization's strategic plan and progress to key stakeholders, including employees, patients, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in the development and execution of the strategic plan.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of strategy professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and other forums to promote the organization's strategic initiatives and thought leadership.
Extensive Experience In Strategic Planning And Execution: The Ideal Candidate For The Vice President Strategy Role At Henry Ford Health System Should Have A Proven Track Record In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans For Large Organizations, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
