- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the case management team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and services.
- Provide administrative support to the case management team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Level Is Required For A Unit Secretary-Case Management Assistant Position At Henry Ford Health System.
Previous Experience In Healthcare Setting: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic Environment.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For This Role As The Unit Secretary-Case Management Assistant Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Records And Communicating With Medical Staff.
