  3. Monitor and analyze data related to disease outbreaks, trends, and patterns to identify potential public health threats and develop appropriate response plans.
  4. Collaborate with other medical directors, healthcare providers, and public health agencies to coordinate efforts and share information.
  5. Stay current on the latest developments and advancements in the field of epidemiology to continuously improve the system's processes and procedures.
  6. Train and educate healthcare staff and community members on epidemiological best practices and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Epidemiology: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Epidemiology Or A Related Field.

  • Clinical Experience: A Solid Understanding Of Clinical Practice And Medical Knowledge Is Essential For This Role, As The System Associate Medical Director Will Be Responsible For Evaluating And Interpreting Medical Data And Trends.

  • Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Epidemiologists.
