Strong Technical Knowledge And Proficiency In Managing Complex System Access Operations, Including Experience With User Access Control, Identity Management, And Security Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate A Team Of System Access Specialists And Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
In-Depth Understanding Of Healthcare It Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Hitech, And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Policies And Procedures To Ensure Data Security And Privacy.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing System Access Operations In A Large Healthcare Organization, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field, And At Least 5 Years Of Experience In System Access Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. Industry Certifications, Such As Cissp Or Cism, Are Also Highly Desirable.
