Supervisor Pramedics - Mobile Integrated Health

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor of Paramedics for Mobile Integrated Health at Henry Ford Health System. This position requires an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care within the Mobile Integrated Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to develop and evaluate programs.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of EMS experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience, along with valid Michigan paramedic licensure. They must also have a valid Michigan driver’s license and a safe driving record. The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable. This role requires someone who is highly organized and has the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Supervisor of Paramedics will be required to assess and monitor the performance of the Mobile Integrated Health team and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders. In addition to the qualifications outlined above, we are seeking a candidate with a passion for helping people and working in a highly collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
