- Oversee the daily operations of the Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy, ensuring that high-quality patient care is consistently delivered.
- Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional development.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of medications and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Pharmacy Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Supervisor Of Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy At Henry Ford Health System. This Degree Should Be From An Accredited Institution And Provide A Solid Foundation In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Patient Care, And Management.
Pharmacist Licensure In The State Of Michigan: In Order To Oversee The Operations Of An Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy, A Supervisor Must Hold A Valid Pharmacist License In The State Of Michigan.
