  1. Oversee and support a team of clinical research professionals, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing guidance and development opportunities.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and protocols for conducting clinical research.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of research studies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
  6. Monitor and track study progress, identify any potential obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion of research projects.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in clinical research, and implement best practices to improve processes and procedures.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  11. Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure a high level of competency and compliance in their roles.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and success of the clinical research program.
  13. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, networking with potential sponsors and collaborators.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to research studies and participants.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management, Nursing, Or Clinical Research.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Clinical Research Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Including Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Research Staff.

  • Experience With Budget And Resource Management, Including The Ability To Develop And Monitor Project Budgets And Timelines.
