  2. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic software.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of Epic applications.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epic system.
  5. Train and mentor junior Epic administrators and provide guidance on best practices.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective use of Epic system.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in Epic technology.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates on Epic system status.
  11. Participate in project planning and execution for new Epic installations and upgrades.
  12. Provide on-call support for urgent Epic system issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Epic Software: A Senior Epic Administrator Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience Working With Epic Software, Including Proficiency In Using And Maintaining Various Epic Modules.

  • Epic Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Multiple Epic Certifications, Demonstrating Their Expertise In Different Areas Of The Software. Certifications In Modules Such As Ambulatory, Inpatient, And Revenue Cycle Are Highly Desirable.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Epic Administrator, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Managing Epic Projects, Therefore Strong Project Management Skills Are Necessary. This Includes The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Within Established Timelines And Budgets.

  • Technical Proficiency: A Senior Epic Administrator Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Technical Concepts And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Epic Software. Knowledge Of Databases, Operating Systems, And Network Infrastructure Is Also Important.
