- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to executive leadership, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
- Conduct regular needs assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate HR processes and strategies.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or Related Field Required; Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employee Relations, Talent Management, And Organizational Development.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Programs And Initiatives That Align With Organizational Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Senior Leaders Across The Organization.
