1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and facilities.

9. Communicate and coordinate with external law enforcement and emergency response teams in the event of an emergency or security incident.
10. Foster a culture of safety and security within the organization through training programs, awareness campaigns, and regular communication with staff.
11. Conduct regular audits and reviews of security procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
12. Act as a liaison between the organization and external security agencies, vendors, and contractors.
13. Stay knowledgeable about emerging security threats and trends and make recommendations for proactive measures to protect the organization.
