- Oversee the daily operations of nursing units within the healthcare facility.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating nursing practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Active Rn License In The State Of Michigan.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership Or Management Roles.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Nursing Staff, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Joint Commission Standards And State/Federal Laws, To Ensure Compliance And Maintain Quality Of Care.
