  1. Oversee the daily operations of nursing units within the healthcare facility.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating nursing practices.
  3. Supervise and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
  5. Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  6. Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  9. Handle and resolve any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing unit activities.
  11. Stay current with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as needed.
  12. Assist with budget planning and management for the nursing units.
  13. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  14. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
  15. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among nursing staff.
  16. Act as a liaison between nursing staff and management team, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  17. Serve as a role model for nursing staff, exhibiting professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Michigan.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership Or Management Roles.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Nursing Staff, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Joint Commission Standards And State/Federal Laws, To Ensure Compliance And Maintain Quality Of Care.
