  1. Oversee and manage multiple research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and collaborators to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including protocols, consent forms, data collection tools, and progress reports.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or delays.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical standards in research.
  7. Identify and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency and quality.
  8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, including researchers, clinicians, and support staff.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the research team and external partners or sponsors.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and collaborators to support future research opportunities.
  11. Train and mentor junior staff members on research project management processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of research strategies and initiatives.
  13. Continuously monitor and report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
  14. Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in research project management.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to research project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Experience Managing Clinical Research Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Ethical Guidelines Related To Research, Including Hipaa And Irb Protocols.
