- Oversee and manage multiple research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and collaborators to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including protocols, consent forms, data collection tools, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical standards in research.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, including researchers, clinicians, and support staff.
- Serve as a liaison between the research team and external partners or sponsors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and collaborators to support future research opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on research project management processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of research strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Remain current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in research project management.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to research project management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Experience Managing Clinical Research Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Ethical Guidelines Related To Research, Including Hipaa And Irb Protocols.
