  1. Conduct experiments and research studies under the guidance of senior researchers.
  2. Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and protocols for conducting experiments.
  4. Collect, record, and analyze data accurately and efficiently.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated with current research and scientific developments in the field.
  7. Assist in the preparation of research proposals, manuscripts, and presentations.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings to discuss research progress.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  10. Train and supervise junior research assistants or interns.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  12. Communicate findings and insights to the research team and stakeholders.
  13. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
  15. Continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field of healthcare research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • Previous Experience Conducting Research In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Scientific Principles And Basic Laboratory Techniques, Including Sterile Technique And Laboratory Safety Protocols.

  • Familiarity With Research Methodology And Data Analysis Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Setting.
